About Prime Tire And Automotive

Located at 207 W White St, Rock Hill, SC 29730, Prime Tire And Automotive operates as an auto repair shop serving Rock Hill in South Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Rock Hill, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across South Carolina vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. The listed phone number is (704) 491-2998. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Its Google rating stands at 3.4 out of 5 from 8 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Rock Hill is in South Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Rock Hill is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across South Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

We bought a vehicle from these very nice people. Very pleased with the price. Excellent customer service! Accidently overpaid $100 and the owner caught it and corrected it. Thankful for his honesty!

Worst experience ever! My daughter bought tires for the car and less the 24 hours later a tire came off the rim. He originally stated it was a new tire supplier and the tires were defective. He replaced all 4 tires. When I finally saw the vehicle 2 weeks later I realized the tires he put on this time were not the proper size. I called the gentlemen as I am the owner of the vehicle and asked if he was aware that the tires were the wrong size? He stated " Yes, but no warranty. I only get one warranty and I used that when he replaced the tire that came off. I replied my warranty can't be used for some defective tires. He than stated " the tires were not defective my tire valve cut the tire" REALLY! Can you say civil suit!!
